We've learned a lot from both the parents and the students who have attended Clarus. Even though each person had their own unique approach to education, they all agreed that a strong understanding of the concepts was vital to achieving success. I never thought that I needed help, but I'm glad I got it. Having one of the Clarus tutors show me how to really study effectively really opened my eyes. Instead of struggling like so many other high school seniors, I excelled pass them. Now that I am in university myself, I realize that the skills I learned there helped me to be the person I am today. My tutor was right though, Pennsylvania is cold during the winter!

Marie was always a little bit shy, but I never thought that it would affect her grades. Initially when I brought her to Clarus, I thought her mentor's outgoing personality would scare her off, but once I realized that the mentor had a genuine interest in her well being, I knew I had brought her to the right place. The one-on-one interaction really brought out the Marie that I knew, and soon her grades were on the rise as was her self-esteem.

Our daughter's dream was to live and study in Montreal. She was obsessed with French culture, the only problem was she couldn't speak it fluently. We brought her to Clarus on the advice from another parent, and we were not disappointed! My daughter absolutely loved the French mentor Clarus brought in for her. Her mentor not only taught her how to properly speak and write in French, but in the end they wound up becoming really good friends. Now she writes back and forth to her mentor, from Montreal.  Merci Clarus!

"Don't get discouraged if things don't go your way. Perseverance is something that you don't learn in a textbook." That was what my tutor told me, and he was right. I used to get frustrated with my homework whenever I couldn't get the answer, but with the guidance of my tutor and the support from everyone at Clarus, I knew that I would eventually get over my troubles. As my tutor would say: "next lesson is on patience!"

Ali was a good student, but she stumbled a bit in Math 12. Once I brought Ali to Clarus, I immediately saw her confidence shoot up. Instead of spending sleepless nights on her homework, she gradually got to the point where she could easily finish within an hour of starting. I was even more ecstatic when I learned that she brought her math mark up so much that she had won a scholarship to the University of Victoria.   Thank you Clarus!
