Registering is as easy as 1,2,3!

To register your child at Clarus Educational Centre, please review and submit the forms listed below. All students must be fully registered with Clarus Educational Centre before tutoring sessions can begin.

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Print, review and sign the Service Agreement.

Please take a moment to carefully review the Clarus Service Agreement. If you have any questions regarding the Service Agreement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Step 2: Complete the online registration form.

You will be redirected away from the Clarus website to complete this step. Please take note of the final step prior to clicking on the link provided above. 

 

Step 3: Mail in your documents.  

To complete your registration, please mail us a copy of your signed Service Agreement along with a cheque for the first month worth of tutoring.

Documents must be received within two weeks of registration. Delays in submitting proper documents will result in suspension or cancellation or tutoring services.
